Motor Coach Industries, Inc., and its affiliates (collectively referred to hereinafter as "MCI") are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about your company to process orders, keep track of your purchases and to make sure that relevant information is available to those who are providing services for you at your request. When you order, we need to know your company name, e-mail address, mailing address, and MCI Service Parts customer number. This allows us to fill orders from customers with valid and authorized accounts, and to notify your company and our sales representative for your company of the status of the order.
As customers place orders using this service, we will also gather information on our customer's buying patterns, including those of your company. This information may be used from time to time for our internal accounting purposes as well as to design and track special promotions. MCI may also use the information it collects to occasionally notify customers about important functionality changes to the web site, new MCI services, and special offers we think will be valuable to your company.
Information you submit to MCI at MCI® PRO Support_SM service centers or on this web site by using the Parts Store® may be collected and shared with our affiliates and also with certain third party service providers when such information is required for such service providers to perform the services you request. For example, if you take your coach to an MCI authorized service facility, that facility may have access to prior repair and warranty related information or to parts purchased.
To the extent you pay for services rendered by MCI with a credit card, credit card information is transmitted to and from MCI’s financial institution via one or more third party intermediaries. This information may also be transmitted across the World Wide Web and is subject to the risks of using that form of data transport. While MCI’s site uses Secure Socket Layer technology for your security, MCI cannot guarantee that information transmitted across the web will not be diverted, intercepted and/or stolen by persons unknown. Your use of a credit card as a payment for the goods and services you purchase from MCI or its third party service providers is your consent to transmit your credit card information to such banks and third party intermediaries as may be necessary to process your payment.

What about "Cookies"?
