DELIVERING ON THE PROMISE



Our inventory is kept at distribution facilities in Louisville, Kentucky, and East Brunswick, New Jersey, as well as at our Service Centers and Authorized MCI Service Providers to ensure that the parts you need arrive when you need them.

Speed, Guaranteed: MCI Coach Critical for Coach-Down customers

MCI cares about your success, and that means keeping your coaches up, running and reliable. Our "Coach Critical" guarantee promises same-day shipping to coach-down customers at no extra cost for orders placed by 12 p.m. EST. The guarantee covers 1,500 parts critical to the operation of your MCI or Setra coaches — including axles, windshields, body components, HVAC elements, motors and much more. If we can't deliver on our guarantee, we'll credit half the part price, up to $150.

And for all customers, most orders can be shipped next-day at no extra cost if the order is placed by noon EST; emergency orders placed by 10 p.m. EST can always be shipped for next-day delivery at customer expense, where such service is available.
