MCI MANUFACTURING

- Has switched to disposable liners in most of its paint guns, allowing them to be disposed of as a non-hazardous waste and further reducing VOCs released into the air

MCI SERVICE CENTERS
- Have contracts with Safety-Kleen to recycle the oil and the metal from oil filters
- Recycle all antifreeze
- Are switching from solvent-based cleaners to aqueous cleaners (in process)
- Drains have triple-traps installed to help ensure that oil does not enter sewers, groundwater, or land
- Paint booths are built to prevent the release of paint emissions into the air
