FYI from MCI™
MCI winners hit the high seas When MCI offered Holland America cruises to customers who ordered Fast Track J4500s in November and December 2004, it was both to thank operators for their support and to recognize Holland America for a big order. And when it offered the cruises as prizes at major trade shows, it was icing on the cake. MCI ended up giving away more than 30 cruises in all, and a few customers have in turn given us the scoop on their vacations. Todd Campbell, who took a seven-day cruise with his wife through the U.S. and British Virgin Islands, writes, "It was our first cruise, and we talk constantly about the fact that it will not be our last. I have never received service like it and that is what I took back to our operation — service, service, service." Dennis and Darlene Thomas of Thomas Coach, Calumet City, Illinois, won their cruise a little over a year ago in Las Vegas. Veteran cruisers, they were nevertheless happy to board Holland America. Writes Darlene Thomas, "The cruise line gave us an experience we shall never forget. The staff was very accommodating … We met several new friends who we are still in contact with; my husband and I look forward to our next vacation on the Holland America Cruise Line." Lena Bilbrey of Bilbrey Tours, Abilene, Texas, says she plans on using her certificate to cruise the Mexican Riviera this fall. Which is a good opportunity to issue a reminder: For those who are holding certificates but haven't used them yet, don't delay. The Holland America certificates expire after two years. And don't forget, MCI is giving away a vacation opportunity of another sort this year. To learn more about the MCI Experiences Rewards promotion, click here.
