Tech Call Center now takes late calls

Many operators have come to depend on MCI's Technical Call Center for how-to tips on everything from basic oil changes to tricky electronics. Now, MCI's expert help is available two hours longer into the evening — until 8 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. The 8 a.m. opening time remains unchanged.

MCI has accomplished the longer hours by establishing call center staff in Los Alamitos, California, augmenting its lauded Louisville, Kentucky, pros. Like the Louisville tech specialists, the California specialists have access to our extensive collection of drawings, databases and other volumes, plus superior knowledge of MCI coaches and parts. The Los Alamitos tech specialists additionally have access to an onsite MCI Fleet Support Service Center. In addition, the Technical Call Center can now process questions in Spanish, adding to its English and French language capabilities.

In addition to the increased accessability that is expected to especially benefit West Coast operators, all customers will enjoy the reported decrease in call-wait times.
