Motor Coach Industries Int'l, Inc. announced on September 15, 2008, that the Company and its subsidiaries filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware to restructure its debt. The Company intends to work with its constituencies to exit bankruptcy as expeditiously as possible, while executing on its reorganization plans.

MCI's operations are expected to continue as normal throughout the bankruptcy process and while the Company executes on its reorganization plans.

All of MCI's U.S. subsidiaries were included in the filing:
