REMANUFACTURING PROCESS INVOLVES:
Receipt, visual inspection and documentation of core
Inspection and cleaning of core and parts
Cleaning is done utilizing latest state-of-the-art cleaning equipment
All transmissions are completely disassembled and put on a cleaning machine through a minimum of three complete cycles
Remanufactured replacement transmissions are built to the same serial number specification as the original failed unit to guarantee compatibility unless otherwise specified or requested
Mandatory replacements include:
All bushings, thrust washers, seals, gaskets, and bearings; clutches replaced as needed
If parts do not meet the Allison service parts specifications, they are replaced automatically
Assembly of parts with combination of mandatory new parts and reworked parts
All work performed by Allison trained technicians and guild members
