Lavatory furnished to include:

  1. A chemical type toilet and wash basin constructed of materials intrinsically corrosion resistant to all cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, etc.
  2. All joints welded, fused or one-piece.
  3. Stainless steel water spigot with 10-gallon fresh water tank for hand rinsing.
  4. Exhaust fan wired in conjunction with master switch.
